After the events of the reach almost destroying earth and kid flash "dieing" and the team joining the justice league the original team thought about making a new team of heroes. During the creation of the new team the justice league found the original kid flash and a new threat along with him. He was thrown through a different dimension where batman failed to shut down his spy satellite and the OMAC robots enslaved all of earth and nobody could stop them. When kid flash returned back to his own dimension one of the robots came with him. The league tried to destroy it but it escaped.and around the world more and more people are disappearing and more OMAC's are being spotted. Strange thing is that the OMAC's are working alongside the light.
